All work performed must meet the 2018 IRC standards and abide by the City of Frisco comprehensive Zoning Ordinance.
Need a flatwork inspection before the pour.
NO Electrical or Plumbing requested or permitted.
Arbor, patio cover, fireplace, fire pit, outdoor kitchen (BBQ grill, sink, etc.) not requested or permitted.
May not adversely affect drainage of neighboring properties**
5' turning radius required at the approach; 8" depth the first foot in from the lip of the street/alley. Flare point to widen driveway must be at or behind property line.
Maximum width of driveway at the street to the property line is 22’. Beyond the property line can be up to 34 feet wide, on front entry lots and include a reinforced concrete turn-down for erosion control.
Any work done in ROW requires a separate permit from public works.
