All work performed must meet the 2018 IRC standards and abide by the City of Frisco comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, and all other city Ordinances.
Need a flatwork inspection before the pour.
NO Plumbing requested or permitted.
Outside post minimum TWENTY (20) foot from rear property line and SEVEN (7) foot from side property line. An over-hang of up to three (3) foot is allowed.
Lag bolt must penetrate main house stud min 1 ½".
Compliance with section R905 of the 2018 IRC for roof coverings required.
Venting and flue must meet manufacturers specifications. Must maintain clearances per R1001.11 2018 IRC.
Chimney must maintain a minimum of 2' clearance (excluding spark arrestor) in height within a 10' radius of chimney.
Footer thickness 12" min & width 6" each side of fireplace wall.
Fireplace may not intrude on side yard setback.
