4- STOREFRONT'S GLAZING IS NOT APPROVED UNLESS PRODUCT DOCUMENTATION IS SUBMITTED SHOWING CONFORMANCE TO MAX. SHGC=0.4 (UNSHADED) OR 0.6 (SHADED) AND MAX. U= 0.7 WITH PREFERRED USE OF DOUBLE PANE GLASS. GLAZING TO SATISFY IBC SAFETY REGULATIONS. ALL GLASS PANELS WITH BOTTOM EDGE BELOW 18 INCHES A.F.F. TO BE OF TEMPERED GLASS, REGARDLESS OF SIZE, AS PER CITY CRITERIA.
5- TOWER'S EXPOSED WOOD FRAMING AND PLANK SOFFIT TO BE FIRE-RESISTANT-TREATED (AS REQ'D FOR NON-COMBUSTIBLE CONSTRUCTION) AND PROTECTED WITH MOISTURE-REPELLANT STAIN.
