Comments and requirements by PB:
1. Contingent upon compliance with P&Z, Civil Eng'g approvals of site plan, Bldg code and Local requirements, pertinent legislations and review comments.
2. Dumpster location, design, and detail must comply with City of Frisco standards (see attached). Facilities operation and predisposition to waste containment system suitable for restaurants must be pre-approved by the environmental services department (972-335-5519) prior to starting any work construction. (particular attention must be given to size , gates interference with fire lanes, finish grade, and drainage, etc)_.
3. Building should be fully insulated to meet or exceed the minimum requirements of the energy code as part of the shell permits conditions.
4. In addition to IBC requirements for safety and proper thickness, all storefronts glazing must be documented to satisfy a max SHGC=0.60 (as per IECC) in order to be approved.
5. Design Professional shall based their design on 2003 ICC codes what reflects on the applicable codes doesn't meet this criteria.
6. The building is not allowed to have an unlimited area based on IBC 2003 chapter 5.
7. Two ramps for ADA requirements shown in sheet C4 must comply with ADA/ANS (see Notes on the drawing).
8. Fire riser rooms shall be separated from the whole building by at least 1-hour fire resistive fire barrier construction.
9. Utility boxes and conduits (scupper and downspouts) shall be painted to match the exterior of the building.
10. All woods shown on details and section of the plans shall be a fire-retardant-treated-wood.
11. Height of the parapet shall be design that it will screen all the mechanical equipment installed in the roof.
12. Needs to show structural detail where the fire riser room opens to deck.
