All work performed must meet the 2006 IBC, IMC, IPC, IECC, IFC & 2005 NEC standards, abide by the city of frisco zoning ordinance (11-04-09) and all other city ordinances and local amendments .

All subcontractors must validate and obtain current registration with the city prior to start of project.
***issuance of building permit does not include fire marshal approval. Separate submittal for fire marshal review, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, fire underground, and /or any additional requirements as set forth by the fire department need to be submitted directly to the fire marshal office for approval. Subject to the federal ada requirements.
100% of all roof areas shall comply with the specifications of the federal environmental protection agency’s energy star cool roof program, as it exists or may be amended.
