• All subcontractors must validate and obtain current registration with the city prior to start of project.

• 100% of all roof areas shall comply with the specifications of the federal environmental protection agency’s (EPA) energy star cool roof program, as it exists or may be amended.

• ***Issuance of building permit does not include fire marshal approval. Separate submittal for fire marshal review, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, fire underground, and /or any additional requirements as set forth by the fire department need to be submitted directly to the fire marshal office for approval (Fire Inspection 972-292-6328) .
• Prior to the vertical construction of any structures, the approved fire lanes and fire hydrants for the site must be installed and approved by both the City Engineer Inspector and the Fire Marshal’s office. ***
