Separate submittal for fire marshal review, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, fire underground, and /or any additional requirements as set forth by the fire department need to be submitted directly to the fire marshal office for approval (Fire Inspection 972-292-6328) .
*Prior to the vertical construction of any structures, the approved fire lanes and fire hydrants for the site must be installed and approved by both the City Engineer Inspector and the Fire Marshal’s office. ***
HEALTH DEPARTMENT APPLICATION, PLAN REVIEW AND PERMIT ARE REQUIRED IF FOOD IS PROVIDED. FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS MUST COMPLY WITH HEALTH ORDINANCE. COMPLIANCE WITH SMOKING ORDINANCE IS REQUIRED. GREASE INTERCEPTOR SIZE AND LOCATION WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR EACH FOOD ESTABLISHMENT BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION AND NOT ON SHELL PERMITS.
