*All work performed must meet the 2015 IBC, 2015 IMC, 2015 IPC, 2015 IECC, 2015 IFC, & 2014 NEC Standards, abide by the City of Frisco Zoning Ordinance (11-04-09) and all other city ordinances and local amendment.
*All subcontractors must validate and obtain current registration with the city prior to start of project.
*Subject to M.E.P reviews and field inspections. Call (972) 292-5386 for inspection.
*Subject to the Federal ADA requirements.
*No signage is permitted. A separate permit is required for signs including monumental and way-finders
*CALL DIG TESS (811) AND PUBLIC WORKS (972-292-5800) FOR LOCATION OF UTILITIES.
*Issuance of building permit does not include fire marshal approval. Separate submittal for fire marshal review, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, fire underground, and /or any additional requirements as set forth by the fire department need to be submitted directly to the fire marshal office for approval (Fire Inspection 972-292-6328) .
*Prior to the vertical construction of any structures, the approved fire lanes and fire hydrants for the site must be installed and approved by both the City Engineer Inspector and the Fire Marshal’s office. ***
