MAXIMUM HEIGHT FOR FENCES PLACED IN FRONT OF BUILDING LINE IS 4 (FOUR) FEET FROM GRADE.
MAINTAIN CLEARANCE AROUND UTILITIES.
ANY STRUCTURE PLACED INI EASEMENT ARE AT OWNERS RISK AND WILL NOT BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED BY CITY OF FRISCO OR UTILITY CONTRACTOR IF ACCESS TO EASEMENT REQUIRED.
