RETAINING WALLS 36 INCHES OR GREATER IN HEIGHT MUST PROVIDE ENGINEERED PLANS. THE COMBINED HEIGHT OF RETAINING WALL AND FENCE MAY NOT EXCEED 8 FEET FROM GRADE.
