LETTER OF ENGINEER FINAL ACCEPTANCE REQUIRED FOR INSPECTION AND CONSTRUCTION CONFORMANCE WITH DESIGN DRAWINGS.
PROVIDE EROSION CONTROL THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION. PROVIDE SOIL STABILIZATION AT COMPLETION OF PROJECT.
***FLOODWAY EASEMENT SHALL NOT BE DISTURBED OR RE-GRADED FROM EXISTING CONDITIONS.
***RETAINING WALL LOCATION HAS BEEN APPROVED BY ENGINEERING (ALYSSA SANDERS)

***NO PORTION OF RETAINING WALL SHALL BE LOCATED IN ADJACENT FLOODWAY EASEMENT.
***GRADING CHANGE SHALL NOT OBSTRUCT DRAINAGE OF ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
