ENGINEERING COMMENTS:
1. Compaction shall be required on all permitted walls.
2. During cold weather, construction may start when the temperature is 35 ? F (2 ? C) and rising. Construction shall stop if the temperature drops to 40 ? F (4 ? C) and is continuing to decrease.
2 FT IN HEIGHT RETAINING WALL LOCATIONS AS SPECIFIED ON SITE PLAN AND REFERENCE APPROVED PLANS.
SUBJECT TO FIELD INSPECTION APPROVAL. CALL (972) 292-5386 FOR FOOTING AND BUILDING FINAL INSPECTION REQUIRED.
SHALL NOT BE LOCATED WITH ANY DEDICATED EASEMENTS.
PROVIDE EROSION CONTROL THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION. PROVIDE SOIL STABILIZATION AT COMPLETION OF PROJECT.
