1- CONTINGENT UPON P+Z & CIVIL ENGG APPROVALS OF FINAL SITE PLAN, COMPLIANCE TO BLDG CODE & LOCAL REQUIREMENTS, PERTINENT LEGISLATIONS AND REVIEW COMMENTS.
2- VERIFY SIZED OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE AS PER CITY STANDARD CRITERIA. DRIVEWAY TURNS ALONG ENTIRE WASTE TRUCK'S ROUTE NOT TO BE LESS THAN 20' RADIUS AND OPEN GATES SHALL NOT OBSTRUCT THE ROUTE. THE ENCLOSURE ANGLED FROM THE ROUTE DIRECTION SHALL NOT BE MORE THAN 30 DEGREES. ENTIRE SYSTEM MUST BE APPROVED BY THE ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DEPARMENT (972-292-5900) PRIOR STARTING ANY CONSTRUCTION. DUMPSTER DESIGN SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH AREA DRAINS WITH DEBRIS RECEPTACLES AS REQUIRED
3. PROVIDE MAIN ENTRANCE VESTIBULE ON ALL EXTERIOR DOORS ON A TENANT SPACE THAT SEPARATES 3000 SQFT OF CONDITION SPACE FROM THE OUTDOORS AS PER SEC. 802.3.6 2003 IECC.
4. SIZE OF ROOF GUTTER AND DOWNSPOUTS SHALL BE BASED ON A 6"/HR RAINFALL AND SHALL BE DISCHARGE INTO THE SITE STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM.
5. FIRE RISER ROOM SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM THE WHOLE BUILDING BY 1-HOUR FIRE RESISTIVE WALL CONSTRUCTION UPTO DECK.
6. CITY OF FRISCO REQUIRES THAT ALL PROPOSED DEMISING WALL SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED BY AT LEAST 1-HOUR FIRE RESISTIVE WALL CONSTRUCTION UPTO DECK.
7. SAFETY GLAZING AS REQUIRED IN 2003 IBC 2406.
8. UNIT HEATERS SHALL BE PROVIDED IN THE SHELL SPACES 100, 200 AND FIRE RISER ROOM TO MAINTAIN 40 DEGREES TEMPERATURE AS REQUIRED BY FIRE MARSHALL AND NFPA.
