Comments and Requirements:
1. Submit revised wall detail for "F" that shows the 2 hour fire resistive construction with U.L. design number or approved equivalent (see IBC 706.3.6. and table 302.3.2). Received 06/22/06
2. Submit revised architectural floor plan that incorporate the vestibule in front entry door ( see IECC 2003 section 802.3.6). Received 06/22/06
3. Submit revised detail for details 13,14,15 on sheet A9.14 that shows wood on roof structural elements because the code only allows combustible material in type I I B construction if its fire retardant wood (see IBC 603.1 #1/c & table 601 #3).
4.Drawings doesn't shows safety glazing on doors 01,04,06 and front window A, therefore submit revised drawings.
5. Submit revised architectural floor plan on restroom area due to lack of number of fixtures required, 3 water closet for men and 3 water closet for women are required, therefore either revised the lay-out of proposed restroom or add a unisex employee toilet. (see IPC table 403.1). received 06/22/06
6. 3 feet minimum access between outside dining rails and concrete curb is required. received 06/22/06
7. In order to avoid dead end at corridor 105 install an additional exit light/sign with arrow directing to corridor 104 in space dining room IV.
