12. FLOOR SINKS AND DRAINS IN FOOD PREP AREAS MUST PASS THOUGH A GREASE INTERCEPTOR.
13. GREASE INTERCEPTOR SIZING SUBJECT TO HEALTH DEPARTMENT APPROVAL.
16. TRIPLE COMPARTMENT SINK SHALL DISCHARGE BY MEANS OF INDIRECT WASTE.
20. MOP SINK REQUIRED.
23. ALL CONNECTIONS TO EXISTING PLUMBING SHALL BE ACCESSIBLE AT INSPECTION.
26. ALL SOLDERED JOINTS SHALL BE MADE WITH FLUX CONFORMING TO ASTM B 813.
27. BOTTOM FED WATER HEATER SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH VACUUM RELIEF VALVE.
28. BACKFLOW PREVENTION REQUIRED FOR EQUIPMENT CONNECTED TO DOMESTIC WATER THAT DOES NOT HAVE INTEGRALLY INSTALLED BACKFLOW PROTECTION BUILT INTO EQUIPMENT.
18. FOOD WASTE GRINDER REQUIRED SOLIDS TRAP.
