1- All work performed must meet the 2015 IRC standards and abide by the City of Frisco comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, and all other city ordinances.
Subject to field inspection approval.
2- Structural or mechanical elements shall not be visible from six feet above the grade of adjacent street.
3- May not project above the highest point of the building.
4- Where the application of a new roof covering over wood shingle or shake roofs creates a combustible concealed space, the entire existing surface shall be covered with gypsum board, mineral fiber-glass fiber or other approved materials securely fastened in place.
