On 6/11/15 a sewer line was hit at Teel Pkwy, north of The Trails Pkwy at the Cottonwood Creek bridge. The line was hit by Ratliff Hardscape working for Shaddock Developers. Permit is expired (ROW15-1154), no current locates. JT went to site and shut the contractor down. Meeting is set for Friday 6/11 at 9am.
On 6/15/15 a sewer line was hit at Cottonwood Creek Hike & Bike Trail by Ratliff Hardscape who is working for the City of Frisco Parks Dept. ROW permit is good (ROW15-0548) but locates had not been done yet. JT is on-site and have shut down the contractor. A meeting was held on Friday with JT and this company. Since Friday, three more holes were drilled while they were waiting for locates.
