The maximum area of a PDS is ninety-six (96) square feet. The maximum height of a PDS is sixteen (16) feet. A maximum of one (1) PDS is allowed along a major street frontage per subdivision. A Sign Permit is required. The Sign Permit Number, date installed, and sign contractor's name must be placed on the sign in no less than one (1) inch in height in a conspicuous place on the sign. A PDS installed on a lot where a contractor requests a final inspection must be removed prior to the final inspection and issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy.
