The maximum area of a PDS is ninety-six (96) square feet. The minimum setback is 15ft from the property line. May not encroach, ROW or VAM. The maximum height of a PDS is sixteen (16) feet. A maximum of one (1) PDS is allowed along a major street frontage per subdivision. The Sign Permit Number, date installed, and sign contractor's name must be placed on the sign in no less than one (1) inch in height in a conspicuous place on the sign. A PDS installed on a lot where a contractor requests a final inspection must be removed prior to the final inspection and issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy.
