A PDS INSTALLED ON A LOT WHERE A CONTRACTOR REQUESTS A FINAL INSPECTION MUST BE REMOVED PRIOR TO THE FINAL INSPECTION AND ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
PDS SIGNS MUST BE REMOVED WHEN 75% OF THE HOMES IN THE SUBDIVISION HAVE BEEN ISSUED A BUILDING PERMIT.
MAY NOT ENCROACH ANY EASEMENTS, ROW OR VAM.
