THE COST OF PRODUCTION, INSTALLATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF THE KIOSK (PANEL) SIGNS SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DEVELOPER OR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION.
