4- The minimum front setback must be set behind the front build line.
5- The minimum rear and side yard setback shall be equal to the height of the sign.
6- Must obtain permit from ROW and city line locate confirmation number from linelocate@friscotexas.gov, 972.292.5808 or on the My Frisco app.
7- Franchise and city utilities shall be located prior to construction of sign.
8- May not encroach any easements, ROW or VAM.
