Model Home Sign
1- Model home sign shall not exceed 32 sq. ft, shall be supported from grade to bottom by solid masonry base.
2- All decorative embellishment borders and/or masonry borders will not exceed 12 inches in width.
3- The maximum height of a model home sign shall not exceed 4 feet.
4- The maximum width shall not exceed 12 inches.
5- The finished grade of the lot shall not be altered to increase the height of a model home sign.
6- The minimum front setback shall be fifteen (15) ft from the property line and the minimum side/rear setback shall be ten (10) feet from property line.
7- May not encroach any easements.
