A-Frame
1- A-Frame sign must be constructed of materials that present a finished appearance.
2- Maximum area of an A-frame sign is twelve (12) square feet. Maximum height shall be four (4) feet & maximum width shall be three (3) feet.
3- Must be located a minimum of 3 feet from any curb of any adjacent street. (except for OTC, minimum of 1 foot from any curb or adjacent street.)
4- Must be placed on or adjacent to a sidewalk and must provide an unobstructed pedestrian clearance of 4 feet in width.
5- Must not interfere with vehicular traffic or cause a hazard.
6- A-frame shall not be placed in median, utility, right-of-way easement or other city property.
7- An A-frame sign shall not be closer than 20 feet to another A-frame.
8- A maximum of one (1) A-frame sign may be placed per business or tenant on property.
