1- Permit number, date installed, and sign contractor's name shall be placed on the CRES in characters no less than one (1") inch in height
2- Requires removal within 10 days after the sale or lease of a property or business.
3- Shall be located no closer than (15') feet to any property line), and (30') feet to any road maintained by TxDOT.
4- Shall not exceed thirty-two (32) square feet in area or exceed eight (8') feet in height.
5- Only one sign allowed per property as specified in the sign ordinance.
6- For a property with frontage on more than one street, a CRES is allowed on each frontage.
7- For a property with more than five hundred ft of single street frontage, more than one CRES is allowed, provided that each CRES is spaced a minimum of two-hundred feet from other signs.
8- May not encroach any easements, ROW or VAM.
