1- A projecting sign may project into the right-of-way but shall be located a minimum of three feet back from a curb or any adjacent street or drive.
2- A projecting sign may extend a maximum of three feet from the facade of a building. 3- When a projecting sign is constructed over a pedestrian walkway or drive, a minimum of (9) nine feet clearance shall be provided between the grade of the sidewalk or drive and the lowest portion of a projecting sign.
4- A projecting sign shall not extend above a building wall. Maximum area of projecting sign is 12 square feet.
