PERMIT IS FOR CANOPY SIGN ONLY, DOES NOT INCLUDE BANDING AROUND THE ENTIRE CANOPY.
1- Canopy signs may only be erected on the two sides of the canopy that face a public street.
2- May not exceed 15 sq. ft and must be attached directly to or painted on the exterior face of the canopy band and shall not project more than eighteen inches from the canopy band.
3- Only the canopy band may be illuminated.
4- Canopy signs attached or applied to a canopy shall not extend above or below the canopy band.
5- Shall only contain the name and/or logo of the company & cannot display pricing or sales specials.
