MAY NOT OBSTRUCT FIRE LANE, HANDICAP ACCESS, MANDATORY PARKING, STREET TRAFFIC, RIGHT OF WAY, OR VISIBILITY(VAM).
MAY MOUNT ONE BANNER NOT TO EXCEED 48 SQ FT TO TENT.
ALL AIRBORNE DEVICES (FLAGS, PENNANTS, BALLOONS, ETC.) ARE PROHIBITIED PER ORDINANCE 06-10-109.
MUST MAINTAIN 30 FOOT CLEARANCE AROUND TENT IN ALL DIRECTIONS.
PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHER MUST BE PRESENT IN TENT.
ALL ELECTRICAL CABLES MUST BE SECURELY FASTENED.
ANY/ALL FOOD PROVISIONS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE HEALTH AND FOOD SAFETY DEPARTMENT UNDER SEPERATE TEMPORARY HEALTH PERMIT.
SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY FIRE MARSHALL AND POLICE DEPARTMENT.
