PERMIT IS FOR HOME2 CUSTOMER APPRECIATION EVENT.
MAY NOT OBSTRUCT FIRE LANE, HANDICAP ACCESS, MANDATORY PARKING (113 SPACES), STREET TRAFFIC, RIGHT OF WAY, OR VISIBILITY(VAM).
MUST MAINTAIN 4FT CLEARANCE ON ALL SIDEWALKS TO MEET ADA/TAS REQUIREMENTS.
ALL FOOD TRUCKS MUST MAINTAIN 10FT CLEARANCE FROM ALL STRUCTURES.
ALL AIRBORNE DEVICES (FLAGS, PENNANTS, BALLOONS, ETC.) ARE PROHIBITIED PER ORDINANCE 11/01/04.
A SEPERATE SIGN PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR ANY BANNERS OR INFLATABLE DEVICES INSTALLED ONSITE.
ANY/ALL FOOD PROVISIONS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE HEALTH AND FOOD SAFETY DEPARTMENT AND MAY REQUIRE TEMPORARY HEALTH PERMIT.
