MAY NOT OBSTRUCT FIRE LANE, HANDICAP ACCESS, MANDATORY PARKING (36 SPACES), STREET TRAFFIC, RIGHT OF WAY, OR VISIBILITY(VAM).
MUST MAINTAIN 4FT CLEARANCE ON ALL SIDEWALKS TO MEET ADA/TAS REQUIREMENTS.
DISPLAYS MAY NOT EXCEED 4FT IN HEIGHT.
ALL STAKE SIGNS, FENCE SIGNS, AIRBORNE DEVICES (FLAGS, PENNANTS, BALLOONS, ETC.) ARE PROHIBITIED PER ORDINANCE 11/01/04.
A SEPERATE SIGN PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR ANY BANNERS OR INFLATABLE DEVICES INSTALLED ONSITE.
ANY/ALL FOOD PROVISIONS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE HEALTH AND FOOD SAFETY DEPARTMENT AND MAY REQUIRE TEMPORARY HEALTH PERMIT.
