1- Permit is for seasonal sales only (Christmas tree sales and Christmas themed decorations, etc.)
2- Permit valid 11/20/2020 through 12/26/2020
3- Permit does not authorize tent, banners, fencing or misc. accessory structures.
4- Tents larger 400 sq. Ft. or larger, require a separate permit per Ordinance 05-09-80.
5- All signage must abide by the sign Ordinance 16-03-25 and special event Ordinance 19-07-59).
6- All airborne devices (flags, pennants, balloons, etc.) are prohibited per Ordinance 11-01-04.
7- May not obstruct fire lane, handicap access, mandatory parking, street traffic, right of way, or visibility (VAM).
8- Any/all food provisions must be approved by the Health and Food Safety Department under separate permit.
9- Electrical permit is required for temporary power and any other electrical installations at the premises. Electrical work requires inspection.
10- Restroom to be located within 100 ft of cashier.
11- Property to be free of debris by 12/26/2020.
