4- Tents larger than 399 square feet, require a separate permit.
5- All signage must abide by the Sign Ordinance that is in place.
6- All airborne devices (flags, pennants, balloons, etc.) are prohibited per Ordinance 11-01-04.
7- May not obstruct fire lane, handicap access, mandatory parking, street traffic, right of way, or visibility (VAM).
8- Any/all food provisions must be approved by the Health and Food Safety Department under separate permit.
9- Electrical permit is required for temporary power and any other electrical installations at the premises. Electrical work requires inspection.
10- Restroom to be located within 100 feet of cashier.
11- Property to be free of debris by 02/16/2021
