Permit is for outdoor event located in the parking lot of 8th India Bazaar.
2- Permit valid 07/04/2021 through 07/11/2021.
3- Permit does not authorize tent, banners or misc. structures
4- May not obstruct fire lane, handicap access, mandatory parking, street traffic, right of way, or visibility (VAM)
5- Must maintain minimum 4ft clearance on all sidewalks to meet ADA/TAS requirements
6- Displays may not exceed 4ft in height.
7- All airborne devices (flags, pennants, balloons, etc.) are prohibited per Ordinance 16-03-25.
8- Separate sign permit required for banner
Any/all food provisions must be approved by the health and food safety department and require a temporary health permit.
