1- Permit is for a Parking Lot Sale Only.
2- Permit is valid through duration of the event.
3- May not obstruct fire lane, handicap access, mandatory parking, street traffic, right of way, or visibility (VAM)
4- Must maintain 6 ft clearance on all sidewalks to meet ADA/TAS requirements
5- Displays may not exceed 4 ft in height.
6- Permit does not authorize tents, banners, or misc. structures.
7- Tents 399 SF and larger require separate permit.
8- All airborne devices (flags, pennants, balloons, etc.) are prohibited per Ordinance 16- 03-25.
9- All food provisions must be approved by Health and Food Safety and may require a temporary health permit.
