The purpose of the project was to cleean up the PID property owned by the City and maintained by the HOA. The cleanup work was intended to remove of illegal dumpings, undergrowth, brush, vines, dead or diseased trees and tree pruning.
The tree permit was submitted on 29 May, 14 days after the work started. Based on the City’s review, we cannot verify if protected trees were removed. The permit is approved. Based on our discussion, and that the HOA desires to do similar work in the future, the HOA Board is aware that they will submit a tree permit for future work.
