2- CONSTRUCTION OF ONE BLDG OVER TWO PROPERTY LOTS IS NOT ALLOWED, THEREFORE, A REPLATTED PLAN MUST BE RESUBMITTED, SHOWING ONLY ONE COMBINED PROPERTY LOT FOR ENTIRE PROJECT, IN ORDER TO VALIDATE THIS PERMIT.

4- PENDING RESUBMITTAL OF COORDINATED ARCHIT'L & STRUCT'L DWGS. WALL SECTIONS TO SHOW ALL WALL COMPONENTS (MTL STUDS, MIN. R-11 WALLS & R-20 ROOF INSULATION, EXTERIOR SHEATHING, BRICK VENEER, WALL COPING, 1" INSUL. GLASS, ETC.).
5- PARAPETS MUST BE CANTILEVERED WALL STUDS OR STRUCT'LLY BRACED AS PER SPECIFICALLY APPROVED STRUCT'L ENGR'S DETAILS. ROOF FRAMING MUST INCLUDE STRUCT'L SUPPORTS FOR BRICK VENEERED PEDIMENT TOWERS. ENGR TO PROVIDE TOWERS FRAMING & BRICK SHELF DETAILS AS REQ'D.
6- PROVIDE 1 HR RATED ENCLOSURE OF FIRE RISER ROOM WITH EXTERIOR DOOR AND STL LADDER TO ROOF HATCH AS REQ'D.
