5- PROPOSAL OF BOTTLED WATER COOLER WITH CUP DISPENSER AND ROUGH PLBG FOR EVENTUAL STANDARD-HEIGHT DRINKING FOUNTAIN INSTALLATION, IS ACCEPTABLE, PROVIDED THE REQUEST IS WRITTEN ON LETTERHEAD AND SIGNED BY THE M.D. IN CHARGE.
6- NO MECH'L EQUIPMENT ALLOWED ON ROOF. OVER-ROOF VENTS OR EXHAUSTS TO BE INCONSPICUOUSLY LOCATED AND PAINTED TO MATCH ROOF'S COLOR. ON-GROUND EQUIPMENT TO BE SCREENED AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE BY WALLS OR LANDSCAPING AND AS PER INSPECTOR'S APPROVAL.
