2- PROVIDE AS MANY DUMPSTER ENCLOSURES AS REQ'D. ENTIRE SYSTEM MUST CONFORM TO STANDARD CRITERIA AND OBTAIN WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE ENVIRONM'L SVCS DEPT (972-335-5519) PRIOR STARTING ANY CONSTRUCTION.

4- BLDG MUST BE FULLY INSULATED UNDER THIS SHELL PERMIT AS REQ'D.
5- REVIEWS & COORDINATION OF ALL STRUCTURAL PARTS IN THIS PROJECT (WHETHER OR NOT DESIGNED BY OTHERS) TO BE UNDER THE PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY OF STRUCT'L ENGR OF RECORD.
6- ANY WOOD UNDERLAYMENT FOR METAL ROOFING SYSTEMS TO BE F.R.T. PLACED AS PER MANUF. RECOMMENDATIONS AND/OR INSPECTORS REQUIREMENTS.
7- SUBJECT TO POSSIBLE ADJUSTMENTS AS NEEDED FOR FUTURE TENANT LAYOUTS.
8- SUBJECT TO M.E.P. REVIEWS, FIRE MARSHAL AND FIELD INSPECTIONS.
