2. ANY NEW WALL PATCHWORK OR NEW PARTITION ALONG RATED DEMISING MUST BE RATED TO MATCH EXISTING (MIN. 1 HR UL-U465), UP TO UNDERSIDE OF DECK ABOVE (AS APPLICABLE), FULLY FIRE SEALED ON BOTH SIDES AND WITH PROTECTED OPENINGS AS REQ'D. FIRE/SMOKE COMBINATION DAMPERS MUST BE ADDED, OR RELOCATED, AT ANY NEW POINT OF DUCTWORK'S RATED PENETRATIONS & AS ACCEPTABLE TO INSPECTORS.
3. SEPARATE RESTROOM FACILITIES IS REQUIRED FOR MALE AND FEMALE DUE TO THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF MORE THAN 15. THEREFORE TWO (2) RESTROOMS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE CODE, SUBMIT REVISED FLOOR PLAN FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL.
4. ANY WOODS USED IN A TYPE II-B CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE OF FIRE RETARDANT TREATED WOOD.
5. MEMBRANE PENETRATIONS SHALL NOT REDUCE THE 1-HOUR FIRE RESISTANCE RATING OF THE WALL.
6. NO WORK IS ALLOWED TO BE ADDED TO, OR MODIFIED FROM, WHAT SHOWN IN PERMIT SET, UNLESS FOLLOW-UP REVISIONS ARE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED AS REQ'D.

9. COUNTERS FOR SERVICES TO THE PUBLIC SHALL HAVE A PORTION OF THE COUNTER 36 INCHES LONG MINIMUM BY 36 INCHES HIGH MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FLOOR FINISH LEVEL.

11. THE PROPOSED LAYOUT OF THE MECHANICAL HVAC SYSTEM WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE BECAUSE THE OUTSDIE AIR WAS NOT CONNECTED TO THE RETURN AIR PLENUM BEFORE ENTERING INTO THE SPACE, NOTES BY SYMBOL 2 AND 3 ARE PROBABLY NOT CORRECT THERFORE SUBMIT REVISED PLAN.
