1. Fire lanes shall be designed and constructed as per street standards. Expansion joints at 300 ln.ft. and control joints located 15 o.c, curb inlet blockouts 10'x10'x3'.
2. All graded and disturbed areas to be stabilized immediately after final grading. Maintain site in compliance with errosion control plan at all times.
3. Subgrade release required prior to prepour inspection
4. Dumpster enclosure construction not approved or permitted under this permit.
5. contingent upon P+Z/ Civil Engineering Approvals of final site plan/bldg elevations, compliance to bldg code & local requirements, pertinent legislations and review comments.
6. Parking subject to provisions of Texas Accessibility Standards regulation.
7. Hardscape and Landscape not approved or permitted under this permit.
8. Construction recycle program of Environmental Services shall be required for waste recycling.
9. Building inspection to inspect all placement of concrete outside street ROW. Construction Inspectors to inspect all work within street ROW (Public Streets, Sidewalks and Approches, etc.).
10. Enhanced pavement on permit plans to be as approved by Planning & Dvelopment services and shall be installed as indicated.
