17. fireproof any wall penetrations at 2 hr. walls.
18. each restroom shall have exhaust fans installed.
19. comply with IBC 2003 T. 1108 2.2.1. accessible wheelchair spaces in auditorium.
20. provide mop sink (could be located @ storage behind restrooms).
21. clarify separate space behind restrooms # 136, 137 this area shall be separated for storage or sinks will have to be moved to comply for ADA accessibility from both directions.
22. screen walls must be installed around any mechanical equipment.
23. provide details on approach to dock for receiving area, this eliminates parking area.
24. on demo plan overhead door 173 is existing, clarify use of this door.
