PERMIT IS FOR SEASONAL SALE OF CHRISTMAS TREES AND CHRISTMAS THEME DECORATIONS ONLY. NO OTHER MERCHANDISE IS PERMITTED.
PERMIT DOES NOT AUTHORIZE SIGNS, TENTS OR MISC. STRUCTURES.
NO BANNERS ARE TO BE POSTED TO FENCES, RAILINGS, ETC.
ALL AIRBORNE DEVICES (FLAGS, PENNANTS, BALLOONS, ETC.) ARE PROHIBITED PER SIGN ORDINANCE 16-03-25.
MAY NOT OBSTRUCT FIRE LANE, HANDICAP ACCESS, MANDATORY PARKING, STREET TRAFFIC, RIGHT OF WAY, OR VISIBILITY(VAM).
PAVED PARKING IS REQUIRED FOR CUSTOMERS.
NOISE ORDINANCE ENFORCED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10 PM THRU 7 AM BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT PER ORDINANCE 97-04-13.
ELECTRICAL SERVICE NOT INCLUDED IN SEASONAL SALE PERMIT. SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR ELECTRICAL WORK AND/OR GENERATORS.
FENCING IS NOT INCLUDED WITH SEASONAL SALE PERMIT. SEPARATE PERMIT REQUIRED IF FENCING INSTALLED.
ANY/ALL FOOD PROVISIONS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE HEALTH AND FOOD SAFETY DEPARTMENT AND WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE HEALTH PERMIT.
SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY FIRE MARSHALL AND POLICE DEPARTMENT.
VIOLATION OF CITY ORDINANCE &/OR AMENDMENTS MAY RESULT IN CITATION, FINE, &/OR REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
