2- TYPE AND OPERATION OF TRASH COMPACTOR (& ADDIT'L DUMPSTER ENCLOSURES, IF REQ'D) MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENTS AND WRITTEN APPROVAL OF THE ENVIRONM'L SVCS DEPT. (972-335-5519) PRIOR STARTING ANY CONSTRUCTION.
3- PENDING SUBMITTAL OF REVISED SITE PLAN SHOWING 40' MINIMUM DISTANCE OF 3 HR RATED WEST END WALL FROM PROPERTY LINE IN ORDER TO VALIDATE THIS PERMIT AS UNLIMITED AREA (SEC. 507.4 IBC).
4- EXTERIOR BLDG ELEVATIONS, FINISH MATERIALS, LOADING DOCK SCREENING WALL, FENCING, ETC. AS PER CITY ORDINANCE. ANY DEVIATION MUST HAVE WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM P+Z.
5- PENDING SUBMITTAL AND APPROVAL OF STOCK SHELVING SYSTEM AS PER CODE AND FIRE MARSHAL REQUIREMENTS.
6- COMPLY WITH IECC FOR COMPLETE BLDG ENVELOPE INSULATION (INCLUDING ALL EXT. WALLS), AIR-LOCK VESTIBULE ENCLOSURES (WITH INTERIOR DOORS) AND PROPER OPERATION TO CONTROL HVAC ENERGY WASTE AT THE RECEIVING DOCK DOORS. (THE CITY SHALL RETAIN THE RIGHT TO REQUIRE AN AIR-LOCK PARTITION SYSTEM SEPARATING THE RECEIVING AREA FROM THE SALES AREA AT ANY TIME THAT THE USE OF DOCK-SEALS PROVE INEFFICIENT).
7- UNLESS EFFICIENT VENTILATION/EXHAUST SYSTEM IN THE CHEMICAL AREA IS ASSURED (TO ELIMINATE UNCOMFORTABLY PUNGENT CHEMICAL FUMES & ODORS), A PROPOSAL FOR THE STOCKING OF CHEMICAL PRODUCTS IN THE GARDEN CTR IS REQUESTED.
8- SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FROM M.E.P. REVIEWS, FIRE MARSHAL AND FIELD INSPECTIONS.
