3- PERISHABLE WASTE CONTAINMENT INSIDE THE BLD IS NOT ALLOWED. ADD DEDICATED OUTSIDE SYSTEM, EITHER IN A DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE AREA OR A SEPARATE COMPACTOR, AS PER THE ENVIRONM'L SVCS & HEALTH DEPT'S REQUIREMENTS.
4- GROUP S-1 AREAS (WARWHOUSE & RECEIVING) MUST BE ISOLATED BY A 2 HR FIRE-SMOKE SEPARATION WALL AND UPPER SPACE SUBDIVIDED BY CURTAIN BOARDS AS PER CODE. (ALL OTHER OCCUPANCY SEPARATIONS TO BE 1 HR). LARGE OPENING IN RATED WALLS TO BE PROTECTED WITH RATED FURR-DOWNS & SPRINKLER HEADS SYST. AS PER COMMENTS.
5- ENTIRE BLDG ENVELOPE MUST BE INSULATED AS REQ'D.
6- PENDING SEPARATE SUBMITTAL AND APPROVAL OF WAREHOUSE RACKING OR STOCK SHELVING SYSTEMS AND RELATED DETAILS.
7- CITY MAY REQUIRE AN AIR-LOCK PARTITION SYSTEM BETWEEN THE WAREHOUSE & RECEIVING AREAS AT ANY TIME THAT THE INTENDED OPERATION OF TRUCKS DOCKING HERMETICALLY AGAINST THE DOCK SEALS IS FOUND INEFFICIENT.
